We are Vincenzo & Francesca and we welcome you
to our holiday home with a sea view in Alghero, Sardinia.
We love traveling and discovering new cultures.
Over 15 years of traveling together, we’ve stayed in several vacation rentals,
many of which made us feel right at home.
Our goal is to re-create that exact feeling for our guests.

Porto Conte Bayview House is your holiday home in Alghero with sea view, located in the small village of Maristella, at the heart of Porto Conte Regional Park. Surrounded by nature and close to the most beautiful beaches of the Coral Riviera — Bombarde, Lazzaretto,
and Mugoni — it’s the ideal base for exploring northwestern Sardinia by car or simply relaxing by the sea.
Porto Conte Bayview House Description
A three-level house, renovated and furnished in a minimalist design in 2023. Everything has been designed for comfort and simplicity, ideal for travelers who want space and a quiet base close to Alghero’s coastline.
The house accommodates up to 6 guests, and includes:
Ground floor: kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. Living room with TV and a comfortable sofa for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Outdoor patio: small terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
First floor: three bedrooms — one en-suite with a private bathroom and bathtub, one double,
and one twin. An additional bathroom with shower is also located on this floor. Each bedroom opens onto a terrace, one offering a sea view over Porto Conte Bay.Top terrace: panoramic roof terrace overlooking the bay. Furnished with low wooden tables and lounge chairs, it’s the perfect spot for breakfast or an evening aperitif as the sun sets.
Every bedroom, the living room and kitchen, is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. Free on-street parking available.

The small village of Maristella is peaceful and welcoming, increasingly popular among slow-travelers who want to enjoy a quiet stay near the sea while being just a short drive from Alghero town.
